The Return of The Starlite Festival - Marbella

Billed as the most important boutique festival in Europe, this summer sees the return of The Starlite Festival. A truly unique event in a stunning location, Starlite takes place annually, bringing even more glitz and glamour to Marbella than usual. The extravaganza delivers more than fifty days of concerts, and tickets sell quickly. This year, the line-up is varied and stacked full of famous names, with something to please everyone, and starts on July 11th, ending on August 25th.

A festival with a heart

Presented by Antonio Banderas and Sandra García-Sanjuán, Starlite is the largest charity event in Spain, with thousands of euros raised each year for the Starlite Foundation.   Briefly, the organisations which benefit from the Gala are the Niños en Alegría Foundation, and the Lágrimas y Favores Foundation. The former aims to improve conditions for child education and the latter seeks to help underprivileged university students, cancer patients, and the poorest sectors of society.

Starlite Festival Line-up 2018

The Starlite Festival has a fantastic line-up which all takes place in two different spaces; the Escenario Auditorio and Espacio Sessions, each holding a set number of spaces, including special VIP area, which, of course, must be reserved. The festival is a wonderful chance to dress up and mix with the stars, as well as the celebrities who have made the Marbella area their home, amongst some of the most exclusive properties along the Costa del Sol.
